About me...

Hello, I'm Sue! A mum of 2 boys who constantly keep me on my toes, fur mum to the quirkiest mini schnauzer and wife to my best friend and the most supportive husband.


I run another small business full-time doing Marketing consulting work which keeps me extremely busy and constantly juggling a million things, but I wouldn't have it any other way.


What started as a fun hobby and something to do for me has now seen me teach Jungle Body for over 8 years! It's just the most incredible workout especially for those that hate working out.


I added Pilates to the mix over 18 months ago as I feel these two workouts complement each other extremely well.


I love meeting new people, I love trying to inspire those around me. Come and give my classes a go!

What is Jungle Body?

The Jungle Body classes are super fun, energetic and easy-to-follow group fitness classes for all ages, sexes and fitness levels!


A fusion of dance, boxing, cardio, HIIT and toning, there's something for everyone. Lights are off, party lights come on, music is loud so all you need to focus on is YOU.


High and low intensity options available so it really is suitable for all. Get ready to work up a sweat to the best music. Burn up to 700 calories in one session ... what's not to love?!

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles (the powerhouse) while training the rest of your body.


Mat Pilates can be practiced absolutely anywhere and can be modified for any age, body, fitness level or injury. It's great for everyone from beginners to advanced students because the exercises can not only build in difficulty but every exercise can be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge.


Benefits of practicing Pilates include improved posture, better coordination, balance and flexibility, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, stress management and injury prevention.
